Caleb has been involved in racing for
the past 20 plus years, starting when he was 6 years old. He began by cleaning
the cars and helping push them around the shop. Eventually he started
working on his brothers go-karts and soon was driving them himself. At the
age of 12 he started working on a local late model and quickly learning the
ropes of how work is completed. A few years ago he decided to try driving
himself. The
first year he ran two different cars in the 4 cylinder division throughout
the season and finished in the top 20 in points. The second year a new car
was bought and team FCMotorSports was born, running a strong 2nd place in
points amongst 112 cars!!! Also a strong 3rd place finish in a 100 lap
Enduro at
Slinger was posted. The following season
was cut short early when Caleb crashed a four wheeler and was injured the
majority of the summer, but the month of August was lots of fun running
races and winning lots. Since that time focus was on completing his college degree, which happened in December of '04 and solidifying a place in the work force! Entering this season a new challenge is born in the ranks of the Late Model division.
When Caleb is not working on the race cars or out racing, he's usually busy attending to work duties. He also loves to travel and spend time with his many friends and family members. |

Nick, better know as "Rookie" by most, and Caleb have been long time friends, they meet early on in College and have shared a desire to always go faster and knew getting there would require a great deal of work. Rookie brings to the team a strong mechanical desire along with a great business sense. His dedication is just what a budding team needs to be successful. While his professional job in life has him on the road what seems to be week in and week out, he finds ample time to be at the track weekly but more importantly in the garage working on the preperation aspect. |
