THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO MAKE THIS ALL POSSIBLE

Here are the people that truly make this team just that, A TEAM. They are the hardworking individuals both at the track and in the garage that keep the car going and things in order. Without them struggles would abound and we'd be missing out on having a purpose for doing what it is we do. Many of the members are either family or like family to both Caleb and Rookie.

Dave Dugre

Dave has been involved with automotives for as long as he can remember, learning under his father and then later in the classroom setting. In time he began working on Mike Kangas's Late Model and later Brian Suhs, before stepping away for a the past few years to concentrate on his own business. When everything came together for us, the first person Caleb pegged to help was Dave. The invitation was extended and excepted and Dave is excited to become involved again. While Dave's time is limited in the garage on a weekly basis he is expected to be there on Friday's to help the team, and help is always a phone call away. During the off season he has been a tremendous help with all the on going weekends, making several trips to Little Chute, and lending a hand with work in Menominee as needed.

Dave's family includes his wife Mel and two daughters: Paige and Bristol. Many thanks to those three girls for allowing Dave the time to help!

Nick "Rookie" Wilson

Rookie is as integral part of this team as anyone. Currently he lives in Central Wisconsin and travels extensively for a living but always makes the time to work on the car. He is at the track as often as the work schedule allows and has staked claim to the spare room in Caleb's house as his when he is present on the weekends. His mechanical abilities are amazing and the drive he lends to the team make it all the better. While uncertain how frequently he can make it to the track due to work we do know he will never let us down.

Isaac Fulcher

My brother Isaac brings with many years of track experience, both driving and working on them. While he doesn't have the time to dedicate to driving any longer his desire to make them go quick is deeper then ever. He is also an integral member of our team along with his entire family. The boys love helping and his wife is always along with to assist too!

Isaac's family includes his wife Renee and their three children: Taylor, Allison, Dillon, and Austin

Ted Robbins

Ted comes to C&R MotorSports from the East Coast and is excited as ever to be envolved again with a sport that is fond to his heart and near and dear in many ways. He brings a wealth of knowledge at many levels to the team and is always at the shop helping out, not to mention at the track on race nights to dig in. Through employment Caleb and Rookie met Ted and a bond both professionally and personally formed, racing was often a topic and in this our first season of Late Model racing we are excited to have him helping!!!

Ted's family includes his girlfriend Terri, three daugthers, and a grandson.

Brad "Ocho" Sleik

It's nice having a crew member that lives only a few miles from the track considering we travel almost 2 hours up there each week. While he isn't exactly aware of what this task involves he has been pegged to learn tires and how to set them up for this coming season. He will be working closely with Dave on this along with research on his own and from pure experience.

Ocho's family includes his wife Colleen, three children: Galen, Autumn, and Morgan, plus one on the way!

Nick McDonald

Nick is the crew member we all desire, always willing to lend a hand with any project the team needs completed. He is always extending his offers and often takes work home with him when needed!!! His work schedule doesn't allow for him to come to the track weekly, but is almost a daily fixture with the team in the garage. We look forward to teaching him more as time goes on and having him around. Oh and his wife Amy, she cooks a great meal and often brings it over for us so we don't have to take the time away to eat.

Nick is a amazing to making the most out of any and all resources available and recently has been working with his dad to create items needed at no cost to our Team. A big THANK YOU to Gary for all your support from Lower Michigan!

Nick's family includes his wife Amy and Caleb's godson Gabe.

Noah and Adiah Fulcher

My brother Noah and his daughter are always there for the team in any means we need. They often pull through for us in a pinch and never leave us hanging. Adiah is the our biggest fan by far and seldom misses a race, much less a chance to come work in the garage.

Chris "Bam Bam" Shields While Bam isn't going to be a presence at the track this season he helps out as often as possible in the garage and is always there when needed! Great guy to have living only a few blocks away...
Neal "The Wheel" Sannes Neal tells me this year he'll be able to pull away from work on most Friday's to come and lend a hand at the track. Away from the track he helps with alot of fabrication and all the painting detail lands on his shoulders. With out him we'd be hurting. Thanks for your help past and present bud!!!
